For as much as Waterparks is a genre-busting collective of three friends who play music, hang out, and constantly flip the script, Waterparks really represents a bigger, dare we say, movement. The Houston trio - Awsten Knight [vocals, guitar], Otto Wood [drums], and Geoff Wigington [guitar] - have unassumingly brought vibrancy back to rock. On their latest album, ‘JINX’ releasing July 24th, 2026 via BMG, they bring their music to the next level and beyond featuring genre-eclipsing tracks like "RED GUITAR", "ANY MINUTE NOW", "PROWLER" and "TELL ME WHY"

In an era where roots-rock bands can easily settle into familiar ground, The Revivalists’ new album Get It Honest arrives as a bright, purposeful statement — one that balances introspection with a sense of shared, hard-earned joy. Working alongside veteran producer Rich Costey, whose credits include Muse, Foster the People, and Death Cab Cutie, the New Orleans eight-piece channel their expansive live energy into a collection that feels both finely tuned and deeply soulful.
From the driving heartbeat of opener “Heart Stop” to the reflective sway of “Lost and Found,” Get It Honest moves with a natural emotional arc, never forcing its moments and never overstaying them. “Love’s The Only Thing” stands out as a centerpiece, capturing the band’s signature fusion of rock, soul, and roots with a clarity that feels both immediate and lasting. Throughout, Costey’s production brings focus without sacrificing feel — horns, guitars, and vocals interlocking in arrangements that sound at once seasoned and newly alive.
Rather than simply drawing from their influences, the band reshapes them here, blending alt-rock lift with jazz-tinged soul and Southern rhythmic undercurrents into something distinctly their own. The result is an album that not only reflects their journey from New Orleans clubs to major festival stages, but also reasserts their identity as a band still pushing forward. Get It Honest doesn’t just live up to its title — it embodies it, delivering a record grounded in authenticity, connection, and creative renewal.
Charles Wesley Godwin's highly anticipated new album, Christian Name, his fourth album and second with Big Loud Records, is an intensely personal collection of songs. Born out of moments of mourning, redemption, and a tried-and-true reaffirmation of his faith, Christian Name is how Godwin learned to live again. While the record is a highly personal affair – the album's title and cover come from his late grandfather, a Methodist preacher named Charles Godwin – he’s quick to note how critical a role his creative community of friends and musical collaborators played in the album’s conception. Not only does Christian Name include a pair of thrilling feature collaborations – the earworm “Better That Way” with Luke Combs and the remarkable “Hey There, Son” featuring Wyatt Flores – but it’s also the result of Godwin partnering with some of music’s most treasured songwriters: Stephen Wilson Jr. (“Brand New”), Liz Rose (“I Caught the Sunrise”), Lori McKenna (“Hey There, Son”), Aaron Ratiere (“God’s Been Good to Me”), Travis Meadows (“Try Again,” “Every Once in a While”), Scooter Carusoe (“Better That Way,” “Hallelujah High,” “Place I Know”), and Tom Douglas (“Street Advice”). 2-LP set.

A bold evolution from her debut, this 14-track album mesmerizes with Tyla’s signature sultry vocals, seamlessly blending amapiano, pop, and R&B. A*POP is both a statement and a movement — a declaration that African music is pop music, with Tyla leading the charge at the forefront of a global shift. Featuring standout hits like “IS IT,” “CHANEL” and “SHE DID IT AGAIN (feat. Zara Larsson), A*POP invites you into Tyla’s immersive, vibrant world — a defining second album that cements her as a true global icon.
Marine electronica’s pioneering siren Oxis releases her new album Oxis 8 via Boom Records. Across eight engrossing tracks, Oxis introduces listeners to an ever-growing school of fish friends in the form of previously shared singles “Fingerling,” “Guili,” “Piranha,” and “Fry,” which have received praise from the likes of Pigeons & Planes, Stereogum and more.
Continued with Oxis 8, this series of eponymous Oxis projects represents a brave endeavour to capture coming-of-age feelings at their most heightened, like lightning in a bottle. That duality of universal emotions, like a shot of adrenaline or salt in a wound, finds its way into Oxis’ music without a flinch. Her music interrogates that spectrum of human experience with a grounded realism beyond her years: “The pain and beauty of it all is that nothing is constant, and when something feels sensitive and powerful you have to bite at it quickly, or else it disappears,” she says of the inspiration behind Oxis 8 and the ethos behind her music as a whole. To bubble up excitement around the new album last year, Oxis brought stripped-down, intimate reimaginations of her tracks “Piranha” and “Fry” to a live session at The FADER’s HQ in New York City.
Primus return with a brand new song, "The Ol' Grizz." The song travels through high-speed bass riffs, spaced-out arpeggios and double bass drumbeats to create a singular sound that can only be described as Primus. Paired here on this limited edition 12" with a new cover of "Holy Diver" and two songs released as a 7" last summer: "Little Lord Fentanyl" and a live recording of "Duchess (and the Proverbial Mind Spread)". Pressed on gold vinyl.
With Fuck, Marry, Kill, Tink delivers her most provocative and conceptually sharp body of work to date, firmly reclaiming her position as a premier storyteller in the modern R&B landscape. Moving beyond the diary-entry style of her earlier years, this project utilizes the titular game as a brutal yet honest framework for the complexities of modern intimacy. Tink navigates the chaos of the dating world with a dual-threat precision that few can match, seamlessly blending the grit of her Chicago rap roots with the velvet textures of contemporary soul. Under the executive production of Hitmaka, the album finds it's heartbeat in the friction between high-gloss production and raw, unfiltered lyricism. The album is meticulously structured to mirror the chaotic cycle of urban romance: the adrenaline of fleeting lust, the heavy stakes of long-term commitment, and the inevitable coldness of a bridge burned. In the "Fuck" segment, Tink radiates a lethal confidence, delivering anthems of autonomy and physical desire that demand space in the club and on the charts. As the project transitions into "Marry," she peels back the armor, offering a vulnerable look at the desire for stability and the terrifying leap of faith required to trust a partner. However, it is in the "Kill" section where Tink's songwriting truly bites; here, she chronicles the aftermath of betrayal and the empowerment that comes from cutting ties, transforming her heartbreak into a weapon of self-preservation.Ultimately, Fuck, Marry, Kill is a masterclass in "Toxic R&B" that refuses to settle for easy answers. Tink captures the specific anxiety of a generation trying to distinguish between a temporary thrill and a permanent soulmate, all while navigating a world of ghosting and digital infidelity. By leaning into her flaws and her triumphs with equal intensity, she creates a sonic space where listeners feel both seen and vindicated. This isn't just an album about love-it's a survival guide for the heart, narrated by an artist who has seen every side of the game and lived to write the definitive soundtrack for it.1xLP, Single Pocket Jacket, Yellow Marbled Vinyl
Red Smoke Indie Retail Exclusive. Originally conceived as a massive multi-band, multi-volume covers project, this album saw Streetlight tackle eleven songs that influenced Kalnoky's musical development. The tracklist is a genuinely eclectic mix, ranging from Radiohead and Bad Religion to Paul Simon and a 1950s Louis Jordan number. Rather than simple recreations, the band fully transforms each song through their own lens, making the covers feel like natural extensions of their catalog. Only one volume was ever released, leaving the larger 99-song concept permanently unfinished.
Clear vinyl. Streetlight Manifesto's debut full-length arrived in 2003 and immediately established the New Jersey band as a force in third-wave ska-punk. Fronted by Tomas Kalnoky, who had previously led Catch 22, the album blends furious horn arrangements with surprisingly dark, introspective lyrics about mortality and wasted youth. Tracks like "A Better Place, A Better Time" and "Point / Counterpoint" became instant fan favorites and remain setlist staples to this day. It developed a massive cult following and is widely considered one of the defining records of the genre.
Red Smoke Indie Retail Exclusive. Streetlight's third album (following the Keasbey Nights re-recording) refined and expanded on the sound of their debut, delivering a tighter, more polished collection of songs. The record opens with "We Will Fall Together," one of the band's most beloved tracks, and maintains a relentless energy throughout it's ten songs. Lyrically, Kalnoky continued exploring themes of cynicism, faith, and perseverance, wrapped in the band's signature wall of horns and propulsive rhythms. It cemented Streetlight's reputation and remains many fans' pick for the band's best work.
Red Smoke Indie Retail Exclusive. After years of delays and a very public, bitter dispute with Victory Records, Streetlight finally delivered their follow-up to Somewhere in the Between in 2013. The album is the band's most ambitious in terms of song length and arrangement complexity, with several tracks stretching well past the five-minute mark. It carries a slightly more mature, weathered tone than earlier records, reflecting the turbulent period the band had endured to get it released. Despite the troubled road to release, it was warmly received and stands as a worthy closer to what many consider the band's classic era.
The Nerve is confrontation and catharsis — a record about speaking up, asking questions, and refusing to stay quiet. FEA brings urgency and sharp wit to songs that confront gender-based violence, inequality, and erasure while leaving room for humor, irony, and cultural commentary. The result is punk that hits hard without losing its sense of identity or humanity.

Lemonheads' seminal album is back on vinyl, featuring Evan Dando classics such as 'My Drug Buddy', 'Rudderless' and 'It's A Shame About Ray', lovingly reissued by Fire Records. Described by music journalist and author Everett True as "A 30-minute insight into what it's like to live hard and fast and loose and happy with like-minded buddies, fuelled by a shared love for similar bands and drugs and booze and freedom.". 'It's A Shame About Ray' had a considerable impact back in those heady, carefree days of '92, the record perfectly captures Dando's ability to effortlessly encapsulate teenage longing and lust over the course of a two-minute pop song. The reissue includes a download card with a slew of extra material, including the 'My Drug Buddy' KCRW session track from 1992 featuring Juliana Hatfield, B-sides from singles 'It's A Shame About Ray' and 'Confetti', a track from the 'Mrs. Robinson/Being Round' EP.Essential Extras - Download only1 Mrs Robinson2 Shakey Ground3 My Drug Buddy (KCRW Session, 1992)4 Knowing Me, Knowing You (Acoustic)5 Confetti (Acoustic)6 Alison's Starting To Happen (Acoustic)7 DivanDemo Recordings - Download only8 It's A Shame About Ray (Demo)9 Rockin' Stroll (Demo)10 My Drug Buddy (Demo)11 Hannah & Gabi (Demo)12 Kitchen (Demo)13 Bit Part (Demo)14 Rudderless (Demo)15 Ceiling Fan In My Spoon (Demo)16 Confetti (Demo

Michigander – the acclaimed indie rock project led by Nashville-based singer-songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Jason Singer – has announced his sophomore album Over Before You Know It, out Friday, July 31 2026 via Totally Normal Records / Thirty Tigers.
Jason Singer thought his 2025 full-length debut as Michigander would change everything about his life and work. During the prior decade, after all, Singer had cobbled together the start of a successful career as an incisive and infectious songwriter from the stuff the music industry considers scraps—a half-dozen singles and a quartet of EPs, collectively suggesting he was one of indie rock’s sharpest new tunesmiths. The debut album Michigander felt only like the upper lip of the plateau Singer had been climbing for a decade already. So what, he wondered, was he supposed to do now? The answer that came back was obvious: Keep writing.
'Over Before You Know' It is the magnetic and relatable result of that work and the broad but detailed view from the top of that plateau. Across 10 songs written and recorded quickly with a crew of close friends at home in Nashville, Singer mixes self-criticism with music industry sendups, sad-eyed contemplations with unguarded love songs, offering up the things that almost stopped him and those that now keep him going with a rare admixture of candor and catchiness. This, it turns out, is the level up.
Above all, it is all a vehicle for Singer to think about becoming the person he still wants to be, for being grateful enough for what he already has to keep going. To be there is to be human. It’s not necessarily about being content but at least about not breaking your back or brain over the things you have yet to accomplish. Sure, it’s over before you know it. But it’s over a lot faster, Singer has now realized, if you don’t take time to enjoy whatever it actually is.
Massive Attack and Tom Waits release a new collaboration “Boots on the Ground”, with an exclusive to vinyl B-side provided by Waits – a droll and sardonic spoken word piece entitled “The Fly”.
An accompanying evocative, high-intensity montage film created by Massive Attack portrays a momentous American epoch that is yet to be named, and comes in the aftermath of the largest public protests in American history - focused on opposition to ICE raids, the militarization of domestic forces, and state authoritarianism. "One day many years ago I accepted an invitation from Massive Attack to collaborate,” Tom Waits explains. “Today, as in all of mankind's yesterdays, guarantees this song will never go out of style. Man's fiasco folly is a feast for the flies. Hence, the B-side of Massive Attack’s upcoming 12 inch "The Fly" features my appreciation for the winged nuisance."
In keeping with the band's sector leading efforts to reduce carbon emissions across both live activity and recorded output, Massive Attack have partnered with Good Neighbor to produce an ‘EcoSonic’ pressing. Manufactured using 100% recycled PET (rPET) rather than traditional PVC, the record is fully recyclable and produced via an energy-efficient injection moulding process - a significant shift in record manufacturing. Packaging follows the same approach, with sleeves made from 100% recycled, FSC®-certified paper stock and outer slipcases produced from recycled polyethylene.
180g ‘EcoSonic’ record, mixed at random in red, white, and blue. Housed in a full color sleeve with additional screen printing.
The album that broke Teenage Bottlerocket to the punk rock masses, They Came From The Shadows burst onto the scene in 2009, like a runaway train on greased rails. Featured in Alternative Press as a "Band You Need To Know," the album became a punk rock classic, with hits like "Skate or Die" and "Bigger Than Kiss." The most rocking thing to come out of Wyoming since, well... ever, Teenage Bottlerocket have taken pleasure in showing everyone just how potent and exhilarating that fresh, gimmick-free punk rock can be. On their debut Fat Wreck Chords release (third full-length), They Came From the Shadows is comprised of 14 straight forward punk rock gems, laced with the unforgettable melodies that have become the calling card of TBR. In the tradition of the Ramones (leather jackets and all), TBR brought an unrelenting barrage of fast-paced anthems that will no doubt serve as the soundtrack for a generation.Pressed on Swamp Green Vinyl
It's hard to believe fresh-faced pogo punks Teenage Bottlerocket (or TBR as the kids call them) celebrated their 25th anniversary last year. Since their inception way back in 2000, there has been one word best suited to describe them: Rad. Teenage Bottlerocket is the epitome of rad. Stay Rad! Shows a slightly different side of Teenage Bottlerocket, putting their songwriting progression and personal growth on full display, while remaining a quintessential TBR album -complete with enthralling melodies, perfect harmonies, and their trademark breakneck down strumming. As with every Teenage Bottlerocket record, Stay Rad! #has a good mix of silly and serious, but the overriding sentiment is one that echoes it's title. From the incredibly catchy and clever "I Wanna Be a Dog" to the heartfelt hit "Everything to Me," Stay Rad! #checks all the boxes of classic TBR. At the same time the band manages to stretch their boundaries on the riffy ode to Norwegian black metal "Creature from The Black Metal Lagoon" and the hardcore influenced "The First Time That I Did Acid Was the Last Time That I Did Acid." Top to bottom Stay Rad! meets expectations and shatters them with plenty of new twists for the legions of TBR faithful.

The full set is housed in a deluxe lift-off lid collector's box with gold foiling and obi strip, and also includes a Caryll Runes slipmat. The collector's box with slipmat will also be available separately. Bloodborne was released in 2015 as a new PlayStation IP from director Hidetaka Miyazaki and FromSoftware, with The Old Hunters DLC dropping later that year. It's taut action gameplay, Gothic horror, and Lovecraftian themes saw Bloodborne become one of the most revered video games of all time. The Bloodborne soundtrack is a masterclass in choral-orchestral writing and horror textures. Sadness, fury, creeping dread, and faded grandiosity are all conveyed through boss music cues that are all the more impactful given that a significant amount of a player's playtime is spent without underscore. Multiple composers from America and Japan collaborated to score the darkest corners of Yharnam and the nightmares beyond, including Ryan Amon, Yuka Kitamura, Tsukasa Saitoh, Nobuyoshi Suzuki, Cris Velasco, and Michael Wandmacher.
There is a kinetic energy that binds drummer and producer Karriem Riggins and singer-songwriter, rapper, and producer LIV.e, the spark that happens when instinct meets flow and spirit finds rhythm. Their collaborative debut as GENA (short for "God Energy, Naturally Amazing," and loosely inspired by Gina from Martin), The Pleasure Is Yours feels like a playful, soulful conversation between two kindred improvisers: LIV.e's smoky, unpolished vocals glide through Riggins' warm, percussive universe. Rooted in jazz, soul, and hip-hop, LIV.e brings a raw, experimental approach to R&B, while Riggins - known for his work with Common, Erykah Badu, The Roots, Madlib, and his close kinship with J Dilla - extends his lifelong dialogue between jazz improvisation and beat science. Together they create a world that's analog and ethereal, percussive and poetic, bridging eras without settling in one - the sound of two artists finding a new shared language rooted in rhythm, vulnerability, and exuberance.

Frantx is a glit-noise band based in Paris that creates music in a dimension of hyper-speed where individualities get blurred, immersed in post-internet sonic drifts. The four members of Frantx explore the limits of their instruments and new modes of interaction through extended techniques, heterodox amplifications and electronic extensions. Frantx was born to question our roles as musicians and target the political dimension in which we are supposed to exist in this contemporary context. Music for weird legged dancers, exploring new ways of listening and dreaming.IDUTYDU is a post-teenage dream from overstimulated brains about escaping real life glitches. Like a sabbath of punk ghosts and hyper pop fairies, saturated voices trying to exorcise the horrors of the world through a rageful vocoder: sometimes naive, sometimes cruel, always raw.

Muse are a culturally-attuned, genre-defying band who channel the anxieties of each era—technology, power, rebellion, and identity—into maximalist, stadium-ready rock that evolves with the times while staying unmistakably Muse. Signal’ represents a world of cosmic mystery, existential hope, and the exhilarating possibility of contact with something far greater than ourselves.
Riding the least likely commercial success of the 90s with Modern Rock chart topper "Pepper," Austin odd rockers Butthole Surfers returned to the studio in 1998 for the followup, After The Astronaut. Leaning further into experiments with electronics, hip-hop, acid grooves, and the otherwise unusual, the result is a dizzying orbital trip expanding the idea of what's possible in rock music.Disputes between The Butthole Surfers and Capitol Records left the album unreleased, while the band regrouped and re-recorded some of the material for 2001's Weird Revolution, released through Hollywood Records. After The Astronaut collected dust, eventually developing a mythic status.A quarter century later, Butthole Surfers are realizing their vision for After The Astronaut. Newly mixed by guitarist/producer Paul Leary, After The Astronaut corrects the record on the band's activity in the late 90s with a bold, idiosyncratic evolution of their sun-fried psychedelia.

Few artists can move so seamlessly between those two sides of the coin. Enter BJ Barham.

I guess you could call it a lost album," says Rodney Crowell. "I stumbled upon it in my vault at home. I'd forgotten about it completely." He's referring to Then Again, which he recorded and shelved two decades ago before moving off into new directions. Since then, the album has been biding it's time, waiting for the moment when it's songs would hit hardest. And they hit incredibly hard now, largely because age and experience have granted Crowell a richer perspective. "I'm glad I put it on the shelf, because now is the time for it. It may not be the time for it for the rest of the world, but it's time for it for me. That's why I wanted to call it Then Again. I thought that was a clever way of saying that what was happening then is happening now. Once lost and now found, Then Again is something the Rodney Crowell of the 2000s could never have predicted but something the Rodney Crowell of the 2020s recognizes instinctively: a work of nuance, insight, and sensitivity that considers death but celebrates life. "I'm trying to understand that this spirit of mine is going to leave this body and go off somewhere else. I've got a pretty good idea that it's going to be someplace good, but I still need to perfect some part of my spiritual journey here before I check out. I can see that in these songs now.
As the world grows more absurd, HEALTH’s music feels less dystopian and more like a sane response to reality. Their acclaimed 2023 album RAT WARS blended genres into a crushing hybrid that now anchors their follow-up, CONFLICT DLC. Produced by STINT with mixing from WZRD BLD and Lars Stalfors, it delivers 12 full-octane industrial metal bangers—dark, maximalist, and unflinchingly honest, finding connection in disconnect and comfort in the dark.
Boston punk veterans Dropkick Murphys link up with rising hardcore band Haywire 617 for an 8-song LP built out of time spent touring together in Europe last fall. Each band contributes three original tracks, plus a cover of the other—Haywire 617 taking on “The Boys Are Back,” and Dropkick Murphys reworking “Always By My Side.” The collaboration carried over to the stage during Dropkick Murphys’ “For the People… In The Pit" St. Patrick’s Day Tour which marked the bands 30th Anniversary run this February and March, where both bands shared the bill. A straightforward split that connects two generations of the same city and same scene.
Since forming in 2008, Falling in Reverse have racked up a fanatical fan base, so much so that the band's legendary videos have been viewed over 30 million times. The attitude of the 1980's Sunset Strip, the bravado of battle-ready rap, the take-no-prisoners bottom end of metalcore and the boundless revelry of underground EDM parties have all beautifully converged in this one band and this new album. It's for everyone on Instagram, on Twitter, or anyone with a brain and two ears."My dad raised me on metal, but my first serious love was hip-hop," Ronnie explains. "When I heard Dr. Dre's The Chronic, that's when I fell in love. I didn't know what the hell they were talking about, the beats were intertwined, and it came inside of me and took me over. When we added hip-hop elements I was thinking, "Should I do this? This sounds crazy! Are people going to like this?" Now I've never been so proud of something. The final product, Fashionably Late, is the best work I've ever done."
Simon Green, aka Bonobo,'s fourth and possibly his finest album, Black Sands, loses none of his epic emotionalism, his control of texture and colour, and his subtlety. Black Sands sees Green making some of his most contemporary-sounding music to date.
The Pretty Reckless’ 5th studio album again provides the captivating vocals and high-powered musical prowess fans have loved for over a decade. In an emotional message to a higher power Dear God delivers raw candor and fearlessness. From the sinister “For I Am Death” to the vulnerable yet hopeful “When I Wake Up” listeners are sure to go on a rollercoaster of emotions.
Ezra Collective’s Chapter 7, now celebrating its tenth anniversary, captured the restless energy of a young band finding its voice - spiritually curious, rhythmically fearless, committed to community as compass. Built on grooves made for sweat-slicked basements and late-night communion, its seven movements reveal a blueprint forming: jazz as a living expression of where you come from and who you stand with.
The Chapter 7 (10th Anniversary Edition) reissue revisits that formative statement from a band that would soon become trailblazers as both the first British jazz act to win the Mercury Prize, and then a BRIT Award. Remastered for vinyl and expanded with new incarnations - live cuts from NPR's Tiny Desk and the band’s landmark Royal Albert Hall performance - the reissue presents Chapter 7 not simply as an early document, but a living manifesto: rhythm as ritual, youth culture as sanctuary, and jazz as an open invitation.
Pressed on black vinyl, housed in a single sleeve jacket with printed inner sleeve, featuring credits and a message from the band.
Recorded between 1961-1963 and released on Impulse! Records in July 1963, Impressions documents John Coltrane's classic quartet with pianist McCoy Tyner, bassist Jimmy Garrison, and drummer Elvin Jones. Two selections, "India" and "Impressions," originate from the group's November 1961 engagement at the Village Vanguard, where the quartet was joined by Eric Dolphy on alto saxophone, bass clarinet, and flute and second bassist Reggie Workman. These are paired with the studio recordings "Up 'Gainst the Wall" in 1962, and "After the Rain" in 1963, the latter featuring Roy Haynes on drums. Issued during the same period as albums including Coltrane and Live at Birdland, Impressions forms part of Coltrane's early-1960s Impulse! Discography, demonstrating the quartet's unique power in both expanded live performance and studio contexts. Verve's Acoustic Sounds Series features transfers from analog tapes remastered on 180g vinyl in deluxe gatefold packaging.
Jamaican singer born in Clarendon, Jamaica on June 27, 1956. At age seven, he started singing backup for a local ska harmony duo called The Clarendonians and did his first recordings aged 10 years with the name "Little Freddie" or "Young Freddie", and as a duo with Ernest Wilson aka "Freddie & Fitsy". McGregor stayed at Studio One for much of the '70s. He sang lead for groups like Generation Gap and Soul Syndicate, and also recorded off and on as a solo act during the '70s. In 1975, McGregor converted to Rastafarianism. Freddie McGregor's debut album Mr. McGregor was released in 1979. The album opens with "We Got Love" featuring a Tower of Power influenced horn section underneath McGregor's tale of love conquering all. The classic "Rastaman Camp" combines muted horn and an earthy, Nyahbinghi-like chorus for one of producer Niney's deeper constructions, but the lightweight fare is equally welcome as the easy strolling and not too sugary version of "Brandy" displays. Mr. McGregor is available as a limited numbered edition of 750 copies on orange coloured vinyl.
Released in 1956 as the first album on the newly established Verve label, Ella Fitzgerald Sings the Cole Porter Song Book inaugurated her Song Book series and marked the beginning of her extended focus on composers associated with the Great American Songbook. Produced by Norman Granz, the sessions paired Ella with arranger/conductor Buddy Bregman and a studio orchestra, establishing the large-ensemble format that characterized the early Song Book recordings. The 2-LP set presents 32 songs drawn from Cole Porter's catalog and frames Ella's immaculate phrasing with West Coast orchestration that blends swing, ballad writing, and classic Hollywood sheen, emphasizing the lyrical wit and melodic elegance of Porter's writing. Formative in shaping both Verve's identity and Ella's artistic trajectory, it remains a cornerstone of her discography. Verve's Acoustic Sounds Series features transfers from analog tapes remastered on 180g vinyl in deluxe gatefold packaging.

Everything I Ever Saw finds THE MENZINGERS entering a new era in what’s already been a storied career. The Philadelphia punk legends’ eighth album chronicles moments of significant change—the personal, the political, and the universal—while returning to the core creative principles that first put them on the map with listeners the world over. Twenty years in, the Menzingers have discovered that the wisdom gained with time’s passing is even stronger than the emotional armor they once wore in their youth, and Everything I Ever Saw captures the quartet embracing the here and now while strengthening the bonds that have held them together.
THE MENZINGERS have always created as a four-headed unit, with all members (vocalist/guitarist Greg Barnett, vocalist/guitarist Tom May, bassist Eric Keen, drummer Joe Godino) throwing in their respective talents as part of the craft—but for Everything I Ever Saw, the group worked in creative symbiosis more than ever before. “The way we made this record feels the most like how the band was in the very beginning: Me and Tom coming to the band with the most basic element of a song, and the four of us shaping that,” Barnett says.
Instrumental in building that excitement was locally centered and nationally renowned production legend Will Yip, who threw in with the Menzingers on 2017’s After the Party and their sonically expansive 2019 record Hello Exile. This time around, Yip once again became an unofficial Menzinger while the band crafted these 11 songs in their South Philly space. “Working with Will was like a homecoming,” May beams while talking about Yip’s contributions. “We’ve grown up together over these years, and we’re still incredibly close friends. He’s the best at gassing you up and making sure everybody’s on the right page, but he’s also so good at pointing out stuff that might not fit the vision without being a fucking prick. He’s the hardest working person that we’ve come across in the music industry, and he’s incredibly inspiring.”
It’s hard to believe that it’s been over 40 years ago that we started out as a cover band in California nightclubs before writing and recording our own songs and selling millions of albums. Just like our musical heroes The Beatles, Rolling Stones, or even Jimi Hendrix—all artists who honed their craft by learning cover songs from the legends before them—we did the same as youngsters and still enjoy paying tributes and recording cover songs today. HOMAGE is our new album that not only pays tribute to legends but gives us a chance to showcase our lead singer’s diversity as well as the musical dynamics we learned as a band many years ago. And now, our new album HOMAGE is a thank-you note written in sound. It is an offering to the great singers and songs that shaped the music we grew up listening to and the songs we would eventually write. Each track showcases Jeff Keith’s incredible vocal ability. Something that may have been overlooked throughout our long career. But not by our fans.........!!! HOMAGE isn’t about imitation. It’s about acknowledgment. About tracing the line from influence to identity, from listening to becoming. You ask why ? .....why not! It felt like a good thing to do, it’s been 20 years since we did Real to Reel.....It sparked writing a new original Tesla song called “Never Alone”. And it’s what bands are supposed to do ..make music. These songs were picked for various reasons…
Mostly because they’re some of the greatest singers of all time: And some of the others because we liked the songs and grew up hearing them on the radio or on our turntables.
Elvis Presley
Freddie Mercury
Sam Cooke
David Ruffin
Etta James
James Brown
Anyway, we hope you all enjoy this as much as we did making it....Thank you for all the years ..Keep it Real and keep Rockin!!!!!

Cosmic exploration. Spiritual transformation. Unbridled spontaneity. These are the guiding principles of Pigeon, a psychedelic five-piece who hail from the English seaside but make music that transcends borders. Pigeon are Falle Nioke (vocals, percussion), Graham Godfrey (drums), Josh Ludow (bass), Steve Pringle (keys, synths) and Tom Dream (guitar), musicians who have all come from elsewhere and have landed in the creative community of Margate, Kent. Their debut album, Outtanational, is a thrilling collection of party songs without limits: think William Onyeabor in outer-space or early Hot Chip making nocturnal afrobeat in a 70s New York loft. Building on a string of acclaimed EPs that have been playlisted on 6Music and led to coveted live slots at UK festivals like Glastonbury, Pigeon have evolved out of Afro-disco territory into something moodier and more motorik. It's an expansive record indebted to the power of the groove and questing to find the meaning of home, laced with heady krautrock, post-punk and punk-funk. Pigeon must fly.
Boundaries ignores trends, fades, and has no interest in being the flavor of the month. Instead, the band delivers a full scale sensory onslaught entirely on their own terms. With this record, Boundaries set out to be uncompromising and plant their flag with intent. Across 14 tracks, the album never lets up pairing punishing instrumentation with unrelenting lyricism. It also features “Skies cast amber black,” which landed early support from Revolver, Knotfest, and several other publications right out of the gate.
The Mo'Wax Singles 1993-1997 is an eight piece vinyl set collecting all of DJ Shadow's original single releases for Mo'Wax. The first legitimate re-issue of the Mo'Wax singles in decades, it incudes: "In/Flux," "Lost & Found (S.F.L.)," "What Does Your Soul Look Like," "Midnight In A Perfect World," "Stem," "High Noon" and "Camel Bobsled Race." It features never-before-heard alternative mixes and edits, plus a bonus disc containing original demos of 4 songs. All audio has been half-speed remastered at Abbey Road by Miles Showell and the box also features all-new photography by long-time Shadow collaborator Brian Cross (B+). "This box wasn't made for the casual listener, it was made with the hardcore fan in mind. I've always felt, if something is worth doing, it's worth doing right, and every step of the process was made with this philosophy firmly in mind. I had fun locating and resurrecting these songs, some of which still feel close to my consciousness as though they were made yesterday."
Nia Archives returns with Emotional Junglist, an album about love – but not just the shimmering romantic parts. Written throughout 2025 – a year that saw Nia fall in, and horrifically back out of, love – each track will encompass something of the experience. Marking her biggest sonic leap to date, her alt-jungle sound honed alongside James Ford, Ethan P. Flynn and Julia Michaels, will see her flirt with everything from dewy-eyed indie pop and nineties electronica, underscored by the syncopated beats and thudding basslines of her jungle roots with a tracklist that features Jorja Smith and Sampha. The motif for the album is a shell – tough on the outside, but through pressure, maturation and resilience, something precious is built within. Nodding to the female form, the spiral chamber also symbolizes growth and self-development.
Better known to fans as Madeon, visionary French producer, singer, and songwriter Hugo Pierre Leclercq first went viral at 17 with his "Pop Culture" mashup, which saw him live-mixing samples from 39 different songs on a Novation Launchpad. With his work spreading like wildfire online, Leclercq began touring the world, playing iconic festivals like Coachella and Lollapalooza and sharing bills with the luminaries like Lady Gaga, who invited him to open a series of arena shows and record together. Leclercq would go on to collaborate with everyone from Coldplay and Ellie Goulding to Muse and Deadmau5, but it was his solo work that earned his biggest accolades, with his 2015 debut, Adventure, garnering rave reviews, and his 2019 follow-up, Good Faith, debuting at #1 on the Billboard Dance/Electronic chart and earning a Grammy nomination for Best Electronic Album. Leclercq's new record, Victory, is rapturous multi-media masterpiece that sits at the intersection of punk, indie rock, electro-clash, sci-fi, and high fashion. Leclercq's writing is both brash and vulnerable, grappling with identity and reinvention in the wake of heartbreakand loss, and his productions are larger-than-life, transforming raw, personal revelations into epic, stadium-sized anthems that blur the line between fantasy and reality. The result is a bold, daring exploration of transformation and catharsis, an irresistible celebration of freedom and self-discovery from a singular artist at a pivotal crossroads.
THE WATERBOYS 'Fisherman's Blues' album sessions have been revisited for a brand new 3CD and 3LP Vinyl box set featuring previouslyunreleased recordings. Almost 400 multi-track tape reels, totalling 150 hours of music, were recorded during the Waterboys' famous Fisherman'sBlues sessions of 1986-88. Among these were 80 tapes with no song titles, just rough notes like "jam" or "unknown." In 2024 band leader MikeScott went through most of these, listening to them for the first time since they were recorded, and discovering in the process dozens of tracks theband had forgotten about; lost recordings, some improvised on the spot, others painstakingly worked on, that in many cases equal the quality ofthose on the original classic 1988 album. Scott has compiled these into a triple CD and vinyl collection titled THE LOST FISHERMAN'S BLUESRECORDINGS. This fascinating release will gain much attention and will come with a book containing 15,000 words of Scott's own sleeve notesplus lyrics and unseen photos. The Waterboys will be on tour in Europe with a special "Fisherman's Blues Revue" live shows throughout August and September 2026, celebratingthe album with an eight-piece band featuring special guest Steve Earle and fiddler Steve Wickham at Hydro Glasgow, O2 Arena London, 3 ArenaDublin along with shows in Belgium, Spain, Norway, Sweden and The Netherlands.

Frozen Charlotte - the 7th studio album from Jack White shows the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer at his best; backed by an incredible band (Patrick Keeler on drums, Dominic Davis on bass, Bobby Emmett on keys) whose collective hand is scorching hot after coming off a tour of universally-acclaimed performances. Instead of resting on a “job well done”, they went straight to work in the studio and laid down what became Frozen Charlotte.

The music is upbeat, guitar-driven, and captures the lightning-in-a-bottle energy of his live band, positioning Finn not just as a familiar face in the zeitgeist, but as a definitive and respected leader in the modern music landscape.

"Adam Lambert’s new era carves a bold hybrid world, blending analogue grit with sleek electronic production. Distorted synths, live bass, electric guitar, and raw drums create a tactile yet futuristic soundscape where his voice soars and twists through dynamic melodies. Lyrically, the album explores longing, identity, and the tension between hope and cynicism; layered, symbolic, and emotionally charged. Dark, stylish, and intoxicating, it’s a strikingly elevated sonic evolution."

Live at Neumos (2011) features all the songs from The Head and the Heart's platinum-selling self-titled album, plus two previously unreleased songs: the original "Long Time Away," and a cover of Jimmie Rodgers' "T is for Texas (Blue Yodel #1)."
With Future Soul, Tedeschi Trucks Band push their sound forward while staying firmly rooted in the soul, blues, and rock that define them. Produced by the genre-fluid Mike Elizondo (21 Pilots, Turnstile), the album finds the 12-piece ensemble leaning into deeper grooves, bolder dynamics, and richer textures. The title track charges ahead with a muscular riff and blistering vocals, while “I Got You” confirms its status as a live-born fan favorite. “Crazy Cryin’” blends gospel-tinged emotion with blues grit, and “Who Am I” offers a reflective turn, balancing Susan Tedeschi’s soulful voice with Derek Trucks’ lyrical guitar. Lyrically focused on identity, resilience, and hope, Future Soul feels both renewed and resolute—a confident evolution from one of America’s most powerful bands.

Deep Purple return with their new studio album SPLAT! Rather than simply preserving their legacy, Deep Purple continue to extend it, driven by the same spirit that defined their earliest work. With SPLAT!, the band delivers their heaviest album in many years, recorded together in the studio the way Deep Purple have always recorded. Once again produced by Bob Ezrin, the album draws on the sound and attitude that have always set Deep Purple apart. At the heart of SPLAT! Is an idea conceived by Ian Gillan: The album explores the end of humanity not in any crude apocalyptic sense but as a metamorphosis beyond physical existence. Frontman Ian Gillan says: "Where we are now with this incarnation of Deep Purple feels very much like a very 'now' version of Deep Purple as it was in the seventies."
"One of the earliest live recordings by the Grateful Dead, July 3, 1966, at the Fillmore Auditorium shows a band with a bright, long, exciting future ahead. A year into their performing career, Jerry, Bobby, Phil, Billy, and Pigpen performed live nearly a year before their first record came out. Playing Grateful Dead classics that would stick around their repertoire for decades such as "I Know You Rider," "Cold Rain and Snow," "New, New Minglewood Blues," and "Beat It On Down The Line," along with shorter-lived tracks including the covers "Gangster Of Love," "Viola Lee Blues," and "Don't Mess Up A Good Thing." Early originals including "Tastebud," "You Don't Have To Ask," and "Cream Puff War" also appear in rare live performances, demonstrating that the Grateful Dead were terrific songwriters right from the start. This live recording, produced by Owsley "Bear" Stanley, is some of the peppiest, most inspired live Grateful Dead put to tape." - Archivist David Lemieux
While the Dead’s archive is legendary for its depth, complete high-fidelity documents of the band’s first year are rare. The July 3rd recording — which debuted in 2015 as part of the 50th-anniversary boxed set 30 TRIPS AROUND THE SUN — stands as a primary exception. It captures the group in the midst of a radical mutation, a charged R&B dance band already moving toward new musical terrain in the star-spangled ether of the Independence Ball.
The performance includes the earliest known live recordings of several songs, including rare originals like “Tastebud,” “You Don’t Have To Ask,” and “Cardboard Cowboy.” These tracks, along with a cover of Johnny “Guitar” Watson’s “Gangster Of Love,” would largely vanish from the band’s repertoire by the end of the summer.
Due July 3rd, FILLMORE AUDITORIUM, SAN FRANCISCO, CA (7/3/66) was recorded by Owsley “Bear” Stanley and produced by Grateful Dead Legacy Manager and Archivist Dave Lemieux. The release has been mastered by Jeffrey Norman at Mockingbird Mastering with speed correction and tape restoration by Plangent Processes.

Gregory Hutchinson's "Kind of Now - The Pulse of Miles Davis" is a fascinating and highly rewarding album that breathes new life into some of the immortal classics from Miles Davis' repertoire, such as Charlie Parker's "Ah-Leu-Cha" or Miles' own "Seven Steps to Heaven", discounting the obvious while closing in on the deep cuts. The leader's excellent drum interludes tie this hour-long program tightly together, adding a futuristic newness that's all in Hutch's time. The overall quality and density of "Kind of Now" has everything to do with the musicians involved, a great group of young legends and lions carefully selected by the leader, just the way Miles used to do: Ambrose Akinmusire (trumpet), Ron Blake (tenor saxophone, bass clarinet), Jakob Bro (guitar), Emmanuel Michael (guitar), Gerald Clayton (piano) Joe Sanders (double bass).
Critically acclaimed drummer, producer, and composer Salin, known for her innovative blend of global rhythms, today re-releases her highly anticipated album, Rammana. After receiving a Juno nomination for Global Music Album of the Year this groundbreaking work, a vibrant testament to Salin's continued artistic growth, houses 10 meticulously crafted tracks including previously shared singles "Si Chomphu", "Current", "Egungun", "Puaj", "Painted Lady", and album title track "Rammana". Rammana is a deeply personal journey, weaving together the sounds of Northeast Thailand with the psychedelic soul of 1970s West Africa, all filtered through Salin's distinct modern production ear. Inspired by the traditional drum and folk songs of the Urak Lawoi, an indigenous nomadic island tribe, Salin's album is a celebration of musical migration and exchange of East and West. "With Rammana, I aimed to weave together some of my biggest musical influences," Salin explains. "I built the foundation on African rhythms, recognizing them as our original roots, and was obsessed by it's polyrhythms. I then layered in the syncopated line of Thai Funk and jazzy chords to infuse them with traditional Thai musical elements, giving you what I call Afro-Thai Funk. Salin's journey to Rammana began with travels to Koh Lanta, off the coast of Krabi province, where she immersed herself in the musical traditions of the Urak Lawoi. Learning directly from the elder Urak Lawoi musicians, she discovered a connection between the Rammana drum and the tribe's traditional spiritual celebrations. The album's layered rhythms and soulful melodies create a cohesive listening experience of deeper understanding, inviting listeners to join Salin on her journey through an immersive world that will demand repeated listens. Salin is a JUNO-nominated drummer, producer, and composer whose music explores the enchanting sounds of Northeast Thailand and marries it with the 70's psychedelia of West Africa, all through the lens of modern soulful production. Through her music, she ponders themes of identity, spirituality, and humanity, all paired with a dose of fun to create a unique sonic journey for her listeners. After Rammana gained international recognition from Bandcamp Weekly, CBC Music, KEXP, Exclaim!, Stereofox, Glide Magazine, Radio-Canada, the Montreal Guardian she went on to tour across the US, Canada nad Europe, selling out headline shows and supporting Kokoroko and Yussef Dayes. Salin is a rapidly accelerating force in modern world jazz and her star is will only rise further in 2026.

They invented a genre through sheer volume and haunting riffs, casting a shadow that still looms over the world of rock today. This collection serves as a sonic bridge across two decades of dominance, capturing the band's raw evolution from 1970 to 1992. Featuring legendary radio broadcasts and rare 'Basement Tracks', this LP offers a visceral look into the heart of the heavy metal machine. Lower the needle, turn up the volume, and let the void embrace you. This is the legacy. This is Black Sabbath.

"On 'Burnout Codes', the listener will meet a band that is gearing up the pace of their hypnotic synth-driven rock into a nightmarish urge of energy often associated with punk rock or electronic club music" says vocalist & guitarist Pedersen. "(The song) 'Dog Days,' he continues, "portraits late nights in big concrete cities, filled with seemingly never-ending anxiety. Aimless wandering in high-intensity traffic. Fighting 'the man' under strobing neon lights in a POV and resolution that resembles a brawl in 'Punk Alley' from the PlayStation classic Tekken 3."The album is dedicated to the memory of original bassist Eivind Imingen who decided to end his life between the recording and release of this album.Translucent Marble Orange Vinyl in Gatefold Jacket

Fruit Punch vinyl. "As long as she can remember, Jane Remover has practiced her own autonomy as much as possible. The nineteen year old songwriter is an omnivorous listener that produces everything herself. She has been lauded by fans and writers alike, for accidentally creating entire genres in the wake of her prolific two-year run. Her debut album Frailty was written amidst the purgatorial summer after a high school graduation, en route to turning eighteen that September. The lyrics are a wayward coming-of-age diary of an LGBT+ teenager, stuck in the suburbs of a confusing, socio-politically turbulent America. Jane's words sting, but are shrouded in meticulous production; a sui generis vein of DIY rock. Simultaneously, it's steeped in the lo-bit, nostalgic synths that soundtrack a final glimpse of younger memories. The LP was warmly received: Album of the Year List placements from Pitchfork and TheNeedleDrop, glowing reception from Paste, Insider and FADER, and a widespread resonance from a young audience who consider the album cathartic and relatable.
That one of the greatest thrash albums of all time was recorded by a bunch of teenagers (or barely even that... drummer Andy Galeon was only 14 years old) still remains one of metal's great success stories. Metallica's Kirk Hammett produced the Kill as One demo for Death Angel, and that, along with a fearsome live reputation (the band played L.A. and NYC despite their tender ages) led to their signing with Enigma and recording The Ultra-Violence in a mere three days. That's how tight these kids were... listen to "Evil Priest" and "Final Death" and prepare to be awestruck by their precocity, velocity, and ferocity. We've remastered this 1987 classic for vinyl and included an insert with lyrics and band photo. Smoking crater vinyl pressing!
Kurt Vile's 'Philadelphia's been good to me' illustrates his love for his home city, where he still resides and records most of his music. Mannequin Pussy's music feels like a resilient and galvanizing shout that demands to be heard. Across four albums, the Philadelphia rock band that consists of Colins "Bear" Regisford (bass, vocals), Kaleen Reading (drums, percussion), Maxine Steen (guitar, synths), and Marisa Dabice (guitar, vocals) has made cathartic tunes about despairing times. "There's just so much constantly going on that feels intentionally evil that trying to make something beautiful feels like a radical act," says Dabice. "The ethos of this band has always been to bring people together."Â Â Their latest album, I Got Heaven, is the band's most fully realized recording yet. Over ten ambitious tracks which abruptly turn from searing punk to inviting alternative pop, the album is deeply concerned with desire, the power in being alone, and how to live in an unfeeling and unkind world. It's a document of a band doubling down on their unshakable bond to make something furious, thrilling, and wholly alive.
2001's 'The Smell Of Rain' heralded seismic changes for Emperor alumnus Mortiis. Mortiis stepped up to the microphone as a lead vocalist for the first time, and the album expanded to encompass more live musicians, ushering in a metamorphosis in his sound. Closer to synthpop in parts, the album clutched more tightly onto its industrial rock sensibilities and became significantly more refined and propulsive as a result. It had a lithe groove, subtle catchiness, and a thrumming, murky energy. Looking back now, it was a truly unique release for Mortiis amidst the rest of his discography.
25 years on, the record's forward-thinking, open-minded quality means it hardly feels out of place in 2026, where melding genres feels more natural than staying in just one lane. To celebrate, it is receiving its first pressing to vinyl since its original year of release.

Death Cab for Cutie is one of the definitive indie-rock bands of the century. After twenty-odd years in the major label system, the band returned to their indie roots and signed with ANTI- Records, and they’re back with a brand-new eleventh album titled, I Built You A Tower out June 5th. I Built You A Tower is the sound of loss, compartmentalization, and then grief bursting out from the seams. It’s also the sound of the growth that comes after falling apart, of acknowledging pain without letting it destroy you. “I see the tower existing on your emotional horizon,” Ben Gibbard states. “You don’t always have to look at what’s inside it, but it’s a reminder that it happened. You know it’s there. You have to face it.” The band will tour in support of the new album, including a play at Outside Lands. This comes on the heels of a historic, sold-out global tour marking the 20th anniversary of the album Transatlanticism, and the release of their universally acclaimed, 2022’s Asphalt Meadow.
A physics theory says past, present, and future coexist—and that’s the best lens for An Eraser and a Maze, which feels like every era of Modest Mouse happening at once. Guided by Isaac Brock’s instinct-first process, the album is both familiar and alien, warm and cold. It stretches across the band’s sonic history, from propulsive classics to stripped, raw moments, while carrying an undercurrent of mortality and loss that refuses easy optimism.

Aethermead, the newest offering and 20th full-length album from Of Montreal, finds the band revisiting sounds from their early years, while still pushing artistic boundaries with their iconic style of pop & indie rock. Celebrated for their unique and prolific output, frontperson and primary songwriter / multi-instrumentalist Kevin Barnes recorded the album at Brooklyn's Honey Jar studios with audio engineer, Drew Vandenberg (Faye Webster, Toro y Moi), with basic tracking done live to a 16-track tape machine with Barnes' longtime live band. "I wanted to capture a quick moment together and to make on-the-fly, spontaneous creative decisions," says Barnes. "It felt very liberating and exhilarating to have to start and finish an album in a month's time." The result shimmers with indie pop elements of their 2004 release, Satanic Panic in the Attic, as well as the raw, live energy of 2013's Lousy With Sylvianbriar. Inspired partly from a recent move to Brooklyn, NY and a yearning for community, the album marks a shift in Barnes' daily routines, with the album's title referencing a section of Prospect Park called the Nethermead, where Barnes walks their dog every day. "I started a meditation practice soon after moving to help me self-regulate," says Barnes. "I began to imagine I was sending all my destructive and useless thoughts/energies into the ether." Barnes' beautiful and melodic chord progressions are on full display with tracks like "Already Dreaming," as well as the straight-up rock & roll banger "Take The Form." Other highlights include the loungey "My Zhe Zhe," as well as the bluntly sexual lead single, "When." From the breakthrough brilliance of 2007's Hissing Fauna, Are You the Destroyer? to a steady run of boundary-pushing releases, Of Montreal have remained fearless sonic shapeshifters-equally at home crafting hook-laden anthems as they are exploring surreal, experimental textures. The band's prolific output has led to numerous late-night TV appearances-including The Late Show with David Letterman and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon-and brilliant collaborations with artists such as Solange, Janelle Monáe, and Jon Brion. On stage, they transform concerts into immersive spectacles of color, costume, and cathartic energy. The band has performed across the globe, gracing festival stages at Coachella, Primavera, Lollapalooza, Vive Latino and beyond, while also amassing hundreds of millions of streams worldwide. With a new tour on the horizon, Of Montreal continue to celebrate their legacy while pushing boldly forward.

Vince Staples is one of the most revered voices of his generation. Though he's a celebrated multi-hyphenate, making an impact in TV, film, & contemporary culture, music is where he most naturally pushes boundaries as an artist, storyteller, & creative force. Following a string of acclaimed introspective projects, Ramona Park (a melancholic tribute to his hometown) & Dark Times (deeper, more personal themes), Cry Baby is a more outwardly facing artistic statement and piece of social commentary. It comes with an 11th song, "Tulsa, OK", that is exclusively on vinyl on Street Date.
The Beths occupy a warm, energetic sonic space between joyful hooks, sun-soaked harmonies, and acerbic lyrics. Their debut album Future Me Hates Me, produced by guitarist Jonathan Pearce and forthcoming on Carpark Records, delivers an astonishment of roadtrip-ready pleasures, each song hitting your ears with an exhilarating endorphin rush. 2018 promises to be a breakout year for The Beths, a beloved live act across Australia and New Zealand, who are embarking on North American and European tours this summer. King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard’s 2014 fifth studio album ‘I'm In Your Mind Fuzz' – arguably Gizz at their garage-psych best – gets the Fuzz Club Bootleg treatment with this new live version pieced together from over a decade of live shows recordings. From their first time playing the classic Mind Fuzz suite on US soil in Austin, Texas in 2014, through to later 2023-2025 evolutions of the songs performed n New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta and the band's own Field Of Vision festival this year. All recorded the straight the sound-desk, the Austin '14 portion was mixed by King Gizz's own Stu Mackenzie and the later 2023-2025 cuts are exclusively mixed from the soundboard stems by James Plotkin, who also helms mastering duties. The resulting double LP bootleg is pressed up on limited edition 180g coloured 'splattered brain' vinyl in a heavy gatefold jacket with artwork by Olya Dyer.
Fall of 2023, Andy Hull and Robert McDowell took up residency at Union Chapel in London for 3 nights of unprecedented, intimate duo performances, spanning the history of Manchester Orchestra. Andy's voice paired with Robert's meticulously plucked strings, eerie instrumentation, and understated harmonizing, echoed against the gothic walls and stained glass windows of the chapel. A liturgical experience of introspection and sound community, transforming their most beloved songs into an iconic piece of music.
Bon Iver's debut full-length For Emma, Forever Ago made major waves in critics' circles based on the strength of an early artist-pressed advance CD and a couple awe-inspiring sets at CMJ back in October 2007. The New York Times called it "irresistible" and Pitchfork stamped it's early review of the album with a Recommended tag. For those of you hiding away in a cabin of your own, it's time that you hear the story, and more importantly, the music.
Orange & Cream Smash Vinyl. Boldy James and producer Your Boy Posca join forces to create a new sound within Boldy's world of countless, yet quality, projects. Taken from one of the Dead's annual year-end runs of Bay Area concerts, Dick's Picks Vol. 5 marked five straight volumes of '70s shows selected by archivist Dick Latvala to start the series, and as it was from one of the very last days of the decade, it was the perfect way for Dick to complete his own mini "tour" of the '70s. But Vol. 5 has a lot more going for it than just a convenient spot on the calendar; this is one of the rawest and most energetic Picks, a complete show anchored by a second set that is in essence one big medley that begins with "Uncle John's Band" and ends with it almost two hours later, with a supercharged "The Other One" and the first appearance of "Brokedown Palace" in two years among many high points in between. Set one is no slouch, either, with a great, Garcia-led rendition of "Alabama Getaway" four months before it appeared on record and a passionate vocal by Bob Weir on "Looks Like Rain" leading to a spirited, set-closing "The Promised Land." And throughout it all you'll hear Brent Mydland serving notice in one of his early shows with the band that he is fully up to the task of replacing Keith Godchaux. For this LP reissue, we've given Dick's Picks Vol. 5 the usual Real Gone spit 'n' Polish, starting with a fresh mastering job by Jeffrey Norman. Here is Mr. Norman's report: thanks to some technical advances, he was able to even out the bass and remove hundreds of clicks from Jerry Garcia's guitar (thought to be caused by the metal pick that he was using at the time). Add to that lacquer cutting by the Well Made Music team of Clint Holley and Dave Polster and a 180-gram black vinyl pressing at our favorite plant, Gotta Groove Records, and you can rest assured that Dick's Picks Vol. 5 is going to deliver the same superlative sonic experience as our other Real Gone Dick's Picks vinyl reissues. Limited to 2000 hand-numbered 5-LP sets, complete with insert!

You can't put Bebe Rexha in a box. From her Grammy-winning songwriting roots on Eminem's "The Monster" to global chart-toppers with David Guetta and Florida Georgia Line, Rexha has established herself as a premier musical chameleon. With her latest project, Dirty Blonde, she officially enters a new era as an independent powerhouse. Now signed to EMPIRE, the Brooklyn-born star has crafted a 13-song "genre kaleidoscope" that serves as her first-ever visual album, representing a total creative rebirth and a departure from the major-label system she's known since she was a teenager.Recorded across London, Tokyo, and Europe, Dirty Blonde captures the energy of Rexha's global travels. The project seamlessly blends heavy-hitting dance floor anthems with deep, personal storytelling. With the lead single "New Religion" she takes us straight to the club by reimagining the iconic dance record "Insomnia" by Faithless. On "Tokyo," she explores a drum & bass pulse inspired by a late-night rendezvous in Japan, while "Cike Cike" (produced by long-time collaborator DJ Snake) sees Rexha embracing her Albanian heritage by mixing traditional linguistic roots with modern 808 basslines. At the emotional core of the album is the lead single, "I Like You Better Than Me." The track strips away the pop-star veneer to tackle themes of insecurity and self-scrutiny, blending raw lyrics with a pop-rock edge. From the Jersey-bounce-meets-country vibes of "Drink and a Little Love" to her vulnerable reflections on fame, Dirty Blonde is a celebration of an artist who is finally playing by her own rules. As Rexha firmly asserts, "The old Bebe is dead," leaving behind a focused, stronger creator who is making the music she truly loves.1xLP, Gatefold Jacket, Platinum Colored Vinyl, Exclusive Cover Art. Originally released in 2004, MF Doom's MM.FOOD is hailed as a classic hip-hop album full of inventive production, remarkable wordplay, and unique themes. Celebrated for it's seamless blend of humor, wit, and social commentary, the album ushers listeners into a bizarre world of food-related metaphors, painting a bitterly comedic portrait of a life tainted by vice, violence, and jealousy. It was a brilliant and novel concept that gave DOOM plenty of room to explore the albums subjects.Throughout MM.FOOD, DOOM embeds complex ideas within seemingly simple narratives. Album opener Beef Rapp is a multi-pronged metaphor reminding listeners of the dangers involved in the glorification of conflict, especially within the rap game. Hoe Cakes borrows it's name from the sweet, hot water cornmeal patties, which he uses as a symbol to rhyme about indulgence and excess. Continuing the motif, DOOM uses the Madlib-produced One Beer to fold layers of depth about escapism and ego, while the popular Rapp Snitch Knishes critiques the self-incrimination and contradictory behaviors of some rappers. Overall, MM.FOOD is both a social commentary and a piece of social satire, showcasing MF DOOMs ability to blend serious themes with his unique, playful lyrical style.

For The Bobby Lees, their fourth album and Epitaph debut New Self marks a thrilling new chapter for the band while doubling down on what’s always made them so magnetic.
The Bobby Lees don’t need much in the way of introduction. Within a few seconds of exposure to their furnace-blast live shows or their bottled-lightning studio records, it’s easy to hear why they’ve earned fans in legendary musicians like Iggy Pop, Debbie Harry, and Henry Rollins. They’re as uncompromising in their sound and generous withtheir energy as any of their punk ancestors who first rewrote the rules of engagement back in the 1970s. Led by singer and guitarist Sam Quartin, drummer Macky Bowman, and bassist Kendall Wind, The Bobby Lees bring wildness and danger back into punk rock.
You can hear the band easing into a new confidence - one that’s both looser and more towering - all throughout New Self, from the seething, fiery “Napoleon” to the rambunctious, offbeat take on PJ Harvey’s “50ft Queenie.” This is the sound of a band who’s scrambled over shaky ground only to come back stronger than ever: more confident, more connected, louder and fiercer and secure in their own skin.
These songs are loosely about the 70s, 80s, and 90s, which is to say they’re about the accumulation of days, each one a little further back than the next, sometimes miraculously seeming clearer as they recede and sometimes blurring into unrecognizable shapes which are sometimes pleasant and sometimes troubling.

Even In Arcadia - the fourth album from Sleep Token - is now available as an exclusive instrumental pressing. The Suicide Handbook" is one of Ryan Adams' most legendary unreleased works, and it's become something of a holy grail among his fanbase. Here's what's known about it:It was recorded around 2000-2001, during an incredibly prolific period for Adams - right around the time of Gold and shortly after Heartbreaker. The album is a deeply personal, raw, and dark collection of songs that leaned into his more introspective and emotionally heavy side, more in the vein of Heartbreaker than the classic-rock Polish of Gold. The track list has circulated in various forms among fans and bootleg collectors over the years, though the exact sequencing and contents have never been officially confirmed - until now.
Light in the Attic is honored to announce the long-awaited reissue of Synthesizing: Ten Ragas to a Disco Beat, the revolutionary 1982 album from composer and musician Charanjit Singh. Pairing Indian classical ragas with then-state-of-the-art Roland synthesizers and drum machines, Singh created an electronic masterpiece that was far ahead of it's time. Recording live at Mumbai's HMV studios, Singh married the past to the future-blending the ancient Indian tradition of ragas (a melodic framework, similar to a scale, from which musicians can improvise or compose) with pulsating, electronic dance beats. Released without fanfare, it faded into obscurity and Singh retired from recording to focus on private concerts, but that's where the story begins
The Julia Keefe Indigenous Big Band releases Incarnadine, a landmark debut album celebrating the diversity and vitality of Indigenous people in jazz. Led by acclaimed vocalist Julia Keefe (Nez Perce) and featuring a 16-piece ensemble of Native and Indigenous musicians from across Indian Country, the album draws on compositions made famous by 20th-century Indigenous jazz luminaries like Mildred Bailey and Jim Pepper alongside new works by contemporary Indigenous composers. Mali Obomsawin's "Wawasint8da" transforms a Jesuit-translated Abenaki hymn into a haunting exploration of resilience and paradox. Delbert Anderson's three-movement DDAT Suite honors Dine code talkers and sacred tribal landscapes. Rogan Kahale's arrangement of Queen Liliuokalani's "Ku'u Pua i Paoakalani" brings a tender, cinematic sweep to the program. Incarnadine is history, protest, and celebration rolled into one, a necessary and overdue document of a vibrant jazz tradition that has long existed outside the mainstream spotlight. Fans of large ensemble jazz, vocally driven big band recordings, and socially conscious music will find this album both musically thrilling and deeply meaningful.
Featuring ex-Vio-lence guitarist Robb Flynn fronting the band and contributing personal and politically charged lyrics with riffs a-plenty, Machine Head's 1994 debut Burn My Eyes was a massive hit especially in Europe and led to the band joining Slayer on tour and headlining their own soon thereafter. There's a reason this was the best-selling record on the Roadrunner label till Slipknot's first; the "Let freedom ring with a shotgun blast" refrain to the album-opening song "Davidian" (inspired by the 1993 Waco Siege) is brilliant and chilling, full of the rage that led to that bloody day with menacing music to match. The rest of the record doesn't let up, either... this is one thundering, furious, glorious assault of an album, to which we've added five bonus demo tracks on this remastered and expanded 2-LP version. Blood with charred splatter pressing inside a gatefold jacket.
