RSD Black Friday 2024





Hey there! Interested in shopping with us on RSD Black Friday? Well...you've come to the right place! We participate every year and ALWAYS GO BIG with our oders for most of the exclusive titles you'll see on the list, and at the very least we always bring in a handful of every domestic release. You can view the full list of exclusives here.  IMPORTANT / PLEASE READ:  Just like with previous RSD events, we host a FREE-to-enter raffle (now closed) for a limited number of early access shopping times, and on Black Friday (11/29) they'll run from 8am to 12pm. The shop will be CLOSED to the general public during that time, and then from 12pm to 11pm we'll open up for regular browsing AND begin taking walk-ups for RSD Black Friday shopping -- you just need to bring your completed RSD Black Friday Menu (coming soon!) and we'll grab everything for you!⁣ We will begin to fill any open/available early access time slots after Friday, November 15th –– fill out THIS FORM in advance to be added to our waitlist.

👉 WHAT IS THE TIME SLOT RAFFLE? 🤔
 
🎶  -- The PACDs RSD Black Friday 2024 Time Slot Raffle is a FREE-to-enter raffle in which our random/lucky winners secure an early access shopping time during the first hours of RSD Black Friday! The hours for the limited time slots run on Friday, November 29th from 8am to 12pm and then from 12pm to 11pm we open to the general public for walk-up Black Friday shopping. Full details on raffle entry, important deadlines, and how the day will flow can be found below...
 
👉 HOW THE RAFFLE WORKS:

1️⃣  -- It's FREE-TO-ENTER, only one entry permitted per person (DUPLICATE ENTRIES WILL BE REMOVED), and the 🚨 deadline to enter is Sunday, November 3rd. 🚨  Your first + last name, email address and phone number are all required for entry into the raffle. Please only enter the raffle if you know you'll be available to shop from 8am to 1pm on Friday, November 29th. We can not guarantee you will be able to adjust your time slot once it's been assigned. Trading or selling of your assigned slot is NOT PERMITTED.

2️⃣  -- On Monday, November 4th we will randomly draw names and begin assigning time slots in the order the names are drawn. 

3️⃣  -- Winners will be notified of their TIME SLOT via email and/or text message no later than Friday, November 8th. You'll have 48hrs from the time you're notified to confirm your reservation. 

📝  -- Winners will receive in advance (or day-of) an RSD Black Friday 2024 Menu (will be emailed as PDF). You will select and check mark all of the RSD Black Friday 2024 titles you are looking for on the menu and then day-of you'll hand your menu off to one of our staff. REQUIRED: You will need to fill out your full name, email address and phone number at the top of your RSD Black Friday Menu. OUR STAFF MEMBERs will pull your RSD Black Friday titles for you! NO RSD Black Friday TITLES will be on the floor for shopping. If we run out of any titles you're looking for, we'll collect and hold onto your RSD Black Friday Menu, that way we can effectively reach you in the event we receive restocks.

⏰  -- Winners will be asked to arrive NO SOONER than 10mins before their assigned time slot. Anyone arriving earlier than that will be asked to return at their scheduled time. If you’re more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled time, you will lose your slot. The clock starts ticking on your time slot regardless of when you show up, so if you're 5 minutes late for instance, you'll only have 15 minutes to shop.

🙋‍♀️ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

• WILL YOU HAVE "X" TITLE IN STOCK? 🎶
We always go BIG with our orders and we make a point to order everything on the list of domestic releases. The caveat is we won’t know what quantities we’ll actually receive until the folks at Record Store Day have allocated the orders for ALL participating record stores. We will likely have at least some of every title, but quantities are limited, so there’s no guarantee what stock we'll receive.

• CAN I PRE-ORDER OR HOLD RSD BLACK FRIDAY RELEASES IN ADVANCE? 🚫
No. Due to standard RSD protocol, participating stores are NOT permitted to take pre-orders or hold anything in advance.

• CAN I PURCHASE MORE THAN ONCE COPY OF ANY RSD BLACK FRIDAY RELEASE? 🚫
No. Each customer is limited to one copy per title.

• HOW MANY COPIES OF "X" RECORD DO YOU HAVE IN STOCK? 👀
We don't disclose quanities on hand as we typically don't have an idea until our orders have been allocated and begin to show up in the week and a half before Black Friday. If you're really concerned about a specific title, please reach out to info@parkavecds.com or send us a DM on our socials and we'll try to give you an idead of where we're at with that piece.

• WHERE SHOULD WE PARK? 🚘 
There will be parking available in the Audubon Park School lot located directly behind the shopping plaza, as well as street parking on both Winter Park Road, Corrine Drive and in the surrounding neighborhoods. Click here for a map!

• WHAT IF WE CAN'T MAKE IT? WILL WE BE ABLE TO SHOP ONLINE? 👨🏻‍💻
Yes! If you can’t make it, we’ll have a ton of stock going live for sale at parkavecds.com/RSDBlackFriday2024 on Saturday, November 30th at 8am. — Spend $100 for FREE Domestic Shipping!
